Refund & Replacement Policy

At Suprstar, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Replacement Policy:
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item received

  • Size issues (subject to availability)

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days with clear unboxing video of the product.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect products.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for replacement only.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Requests made after 7 days

Note:
As our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
